Important features of this strata are as follows:
A member is inducted into the Tyr rank from any level above Clansman Level 1. Thus a
Tyr can be Clansman Level 2 - Saga/Druid level 2. They continue to advance in rank(If they
were taken before becoming Saga/Druid Level 2) but do not take on The Pre-fix of Saga or
Druid when they reach this point. The do however get the Title of the rank. So whatever
Saga level 1's title is they can carry that after the Tyr prefix instead of the Saga
pre-fix.
Example:
"Saga, Archmagus, TDD" Outlander would be" Tyr, Archmagus, TDD"
Outlander.
Also
"Warmagus of the Sun, TDD" Hyperion -when becoming a Tyr Would be--"Tyr,
Warmagus of the Sun, TDD" Hyperion.
Voting Members Are: The Tyr Category and the Eldars. All of these members get one vote.
This group is collectively known as the Council. Eldars have the authority to make
important decisions in emergency
situations. Ex: A clan member is causing trouble and defaming the clan name. This has
gone to the point where he is bringing the clan on the brink of war with another guild.
The Eldars get notice of this and since there are not enough members to make up the
council at this moment the take an emergency vote and decide to expel the member. An eldar
is only nominated by by the Tyr category, but ratified by the
existing Eldars A new Tyr is only nominated by the Eldars but is ratified by the
existing Tyrs. There are only three Eldars and 9 members that can hold the tyr status.
There can be, however, any number of members at the levels below that.
Those are the only important points I can think of for now, I will modify
this text with any updates(such as title changes etc.) in the future.
